From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Osaka Namba Station. This journey takes approximately 45 minutes. After arriving at Osaka Namba Station, transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line towards Senri-Chuo and get off at Umeda Station, which is about a 5-minute ride. Exit the station and follow the signs to Hep Five, which is approximately a 10-minute walk.

From Nara Station, board the Kintetsu Bus bound for Osaka and get off at the 'Namba' stop. The bus ride takes around 50 minutes. After arriving at Namba, you can take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line to Umeda Station. Once you arrive at Umeda Station, follow the signs to Hep Five, a 10-minute walk from the station.

If you prefer a more direct route, taking a taxi from Nara Station to Hep Five is convenient. The journey takes about 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Just tell the driver 'Hep Five' in English or Japanese, and they will take you directly to the location.

If you are near Umeda Station after using any of the previous methods, upon exiting the station, look for the Hep Five building, which is hard to miss due to its iconic red ferris wheel on the rooftop. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the station. Head towards the direction of the HEP FIVE sign, and follow the pedestrian path leading directly to the entrance.
