Train
From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line towards Osaka Namba Station. The train ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Osaka Namba Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the street level.
Walking
After exiting Osaka Namba Station, head towards the Namba Parks shopping complex. Walk through Namba Parks and exit on the south side. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road (Midosuji). Turn right and walk about 5 minutes. Hozen-ji Temple will be on your left at 1 Chome-2-16 Namba.
Subway
From Nara, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kintetsu Yamato-Saidaiji Station. Change to the Kintetsu Namba Line and continue to Osaka Namba Station. After exiting the station, follow the directions provided above to reach Hozen-ji Temple.
Bus
From Nara Station, take the bus to Osaka (Namba) which runs frequently. Once you arrive at Namba bus terminal, exit towards the Namba area. Walk south towards Namba Parks, then follow the directions provided above to reach Hozen-ji Temple.
