From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kintetsu Iga Ueno Station. The journey takes about 70 minutes. Once you arrive at Kintetsu Iga Ueno Station, exit the station and head east onto the main road (Route 368). Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the Iga-ryu Ninja Museum, which will be on your right at 117 Uenomarunouchi, Iga.

From Nara, take a bus to Iga City. You can catch a bus from the Nara Bus Terminal. The bus ride may take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Get off at the Iga Ueno bus stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the Iga-ryu Ninja Museum. Head southeast on Ueno-cho and turn left onto Uenomarunouchi Street; the museum will be on your left.
