    Getting There

    Public Transport

    From Nara Park, walk to the Kintetsu Nara Station. Take the Kintetsu Nara Line train towards Kyoto and get off at the Kintetsu Kyoto Station. Once at Kintetsu Kyoto Station, exit and walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 28 or 93 towards 'Saga Arashiyama.' After about 30 minutes, get off at 'Jojakko-ji' bus stop. The temple is a short walk from the bus stop.

    If you are near Kyoto Station, you can walk to Jojakkoji. From the station, head northwest on Karasuma-dori Street. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Saga Toriimoto Street. Turn left and continue walking until you see signs for 'Jojakko-ji'. Follow the signs, and you will reach the temple in about 30-40 minutes.

    Taxi

    If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Nara directly to Jojakkoji. Simply inform the driver to take you to '3 Sagaogurayama Oguracho, Ukyo Ward, Kyoto'. The ride will take approximately 40-50 minutes depending on traffic.
