Public Bus
From Nara Park, walk to Nara Station (about 15 minutes). Take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Kintetsu Kyoto Station (approximately 45 minutes). Once at Kintetsu Kyoto Station, exit and find the bus stop for bus number 100 or 206 towards 'Higashiyama' or 'Sanjo Keihan'. Get off at 'Higashiyama Yasui' bus stop. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes to Kyoto Ebisu Shrine located at 125 Komatsucho, Higashiyama Ward.
Train and Walk
From Nara Station, take the JR Yamatoji Line towards Nara and transfer at JR Kyoto Station (about 45 minutes). Once you arrive at Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Subway Line to 'Karasuma Oike' Station. Transfer to the Tozai Line and head towards 'Tonzan' Station. Get off at 'Higashiyama' Station and exit the station. Walk approximately 10 minutes to reach Kyoto Ebisu Shrine located at 125 Komatsucho, Higashiyama Ward.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from your location in Nara directly to Kyoto Ebisu Shrine. This will take approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Make sure to show the address '〒605-0811 Kyoto, Higashiyama Ward, Komatsucho, 125 恵美須神社' to the driver.
