Walking
If you are in the center of Nara, you can start by heading towards Nara Park. Once at Nara Park, look for the Nara Station. From the station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line train to Kyoto Station. At Kyoto Station, transfer to the subway and take the Karasuma Line to Shijo Station. Once you arrive at Shijo Station, exit the station and head north towards the intersection with the Shijo-dori Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Sanjo-dori. Turn right onto Sanjo-dori, and then take a left at the next intersection onto Higashidaimonjicho Street. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will find the Kyoto Samurai Ninja Museum located at 292 Utanokoji-bldg.

Public Transport
From your location in Nara, head to Nara Station and catch the Kintetsu Nara Line train towards Kyoto. Once you arrive at Kyoto Station, transfer to the subway and take the Karasuma Line to Shijo Station. After exiting Shijo Station, walk north towards Shijo-dori Street and turn right. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sanjo-dori. Turn left onto Sanjo-dori and then take another left onto Higashidaimonjicho Street. Walk for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the Kyoto Samurai Ninja Museum, which is located at 292 Utanokoji-bldg.
