Bus
From Nara Station, take the Nara Kotsu Bus bound for 'Kasuga Taisha' (春日大社行き). The journey takes about 25 minutes. Get off at the 'Kasuga Taisha' bus stop. Once you disembark, walk towards the Kasuga Taisha shrine, and follow the signs leading to Manyo Botanical Gardens, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the shrine.
Walking
If you're starting from Nara Park, head towards the Kasuga Taisha shrine, located at the east end of the park. The shrine is a prominent landmark. After visiting the shrine, exit through the main gate and turn right. Follow the path that leads toward the Manyo Botanical Gardens, which is about a 10-minute walk away. Look for directional signs that indicate the garden’s location.
