    If you're driving, head towards Kanmangafuchi Abyss located at Takumicho, Nikko, Tochigi 321-1415. From the center of Nikko, take Route 119 heading northeast. After about 5 minutes, turn left onto Route 60. Continue for about 2 kilometers, and then you will see signs pointing towards Kanmangafuchi Abyss. There is limited parking available nearby, so make sure to arrive early during peak tourist seasons.

  • Public Transportation - Bus

    From Nikko Station, you can take a bus to Kanmangafuchi Abyss. Board the bus heading towards 'Toshogu Shrine' from the bus terminal outside Nikko Station. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Kanmangafuchi' bus stop. From there, it's a short walk of about 5 minutes to the entrance of the Abyss. Please check the bus schedule in advance as bus frequencies may vary.

    If you're near the center of Nikko, you can also walk to Kanmangafuchi Abyss. From the main street (Toshogu Shrine vicinity), head northeast on Route 119.
