Car
If you're driving, start from central Nikko and head towards Route 119. Follow signs for Lake Chuzenji. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach the museum located at 2480-1 Chugushi. There is parking available on-site, but be aware that there may be a small parking fee.

From Nikko Station, take the Tobu Bus bound for Lake Chuzenji or Yumoto Onsen. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes, and you should get off at the 'Nikko Natural Science Museum' bus stop. The museum is just a short walk from the bus stop. The bus fare is around 600 yen.
