Car
If you are driving from central Nikko, head south on Route 120 (Nikko-kaido). After approximately 10 km, turn right onto Route 121 towards Kinugawa Onsen. Continue for about 5 km and follow the signs for Ryuokyo Canyon. The canyon entrance has a parking lot where you can leave your car. Note that parking may incur a fee of around 500 yen.

From Nikko Station, take the Tobu Nikko Line towards Kinugawa Onsen. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at Kinugawa Onsen Station.
