Car
If you are driving from central Nikko, head south on Route 119. Follow the signs for Lake Chuzenji and continue on Route 120. After about 20 minutes, you will see signs for Shiraito Falls. Turn onto the road leading to the falls, which is well-marked. There is a parking area near the falls, and parking fees are approximately 500 yen.
Public Transportation
From Nikko Station, take the Tobu Nikko Line train to Shimo-Imaichi Station (around 15 minutes). At Shimo-Imaichi, transfer to the bus bound for the Yutaki Falls. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes, and you should get off at the Shiraito Falls bus stop. There is a small fee for the bus, approximately 500 yen. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the falls.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Nikko Station to Shiraito Falls. The ride will take around 30 minutes, and the fare will typically be around 3,000 to 4,000 yen depending on traffic.
