From Naha, take the number 120 bus from Naha Bus Terminal, which is located near the Kencho-mae monorail station. The bus will take you towards Uruma. Get off at the Katsuren Castle bus stop. From there, you can walk towards the Carrot Observatory following the signs. It's about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

If you are in Chatan, take the number 28 bus from the Chatan bus stop towards Naha. Change at the Kadena Air Base bus stop to a local bus heading to Uruma. Get off at the Katsuren Castle stop, and walk about 15 minutes to Carrot Observatory following the signs.
