From Naha Bus Terminal, take the number 99 bus heading towards Tomigusuku. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Get off at the Tomigusuku Station. From there, it is a 15-minute walk to the Japanese Naval Headquarters Visitor Center. Head east on Route 331, then turn right onto Tomigusuku Street. Continue straight until you reach the Visitor Center at 236 Tomigusuku.

Take the Okinawa Urban Monorail (Yui Rail) from Naha Airport Station or any station along the line and travel to Asahibashi Station. Transfer to a bus at the nearby bus terminal, specifically look for the number 99 bus going to Tomigusuku. After about 30 minutes, get off at Tomigusuku Station. Walk east on Route 331 and turn right onto Tomigusuku Street to reach the Visitor Center.
