Bus
From Naha Bus Terminal, take the number 100 bus (or number 20) towards Shuri Castle. The journey takes roughly 30 minutes, and you will need to get off at the Shurijo-mae bus stop. Once you exit the bus, follow the signs to Shuri Castle. The observation deck, 西のアザナ (Nishi no Azana), is located just a short walk from the main entrance of Shuri Castle. It is a scenic uphill walk, and you will find the observation deck at the top.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from your location in Naha. Simply tell the driver you want to go to 西のアザナ (Nishi no Azana) at Shuri Castle. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Taxis are widely available in Naha, and they accept cash as well as credit cards.
Walking
If you are staying near Shuri Castle, you can walk to 西のアザナ. Starting from the main entrance of Shuri Castle, head towards the left as you enter the castle grounds. Follow the path uphill for about 10-15 minutes. You will see signs pointing to the observation deck (展望台). Enjoy the beautiful views along the way!
