From Osaka Station, take the JR Kobe Line towards Sannomiya Station. The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Get off at Sannomiya Station. From there, transfer to the Hankyu Kobe Line and take a train towards Shukugawa Station. Get off at Shukugawa Station (about 10 minutes). Once you exit the station, head to the bus stop and take the Shinki Bus towards Uozaki. Get off at the Uozaki stop.
