If you're starting from Osaka Station, take the JR Osaka Loop Line and get off at Umeda Station. Upon exiting the station, head towards the Umeda Sky Building. It is about a 10-minute walk. Once you reach the building, take the escalator or elevator to the 35th floor to access the Kuchu Teien Observatory.
