From Osaka Station, take the JR Takarazuka Line to Takarazuka Station. Transfer to the Hankyu Takarazuka Line and take the train to Kobe Sannomiya Station. At Kobe Sannomiya Station, transfer to the JR Kobe Line and take a local train to Sannomiya Station. From there, you can catch a bus or taxi to the base of Mt. Suwa.

From Sannomiya Station, take bus number 18 or 24 towards Kiyomizudera. Get off at the 'Kuchiichiriyama' bus stop. From the bus stop, follow the signs leading you towards the Venus Bridge. The observation deck is a short walk from there.

Walking
After getting off at the Kuchiichiriyama bus stop, walk towards Venus Bridge. Follow the pathway up the hill towards Mt. Suwa. The walk is scenic and will take about 10-15 minutes to reach the observation deck.
