Train
From Osaka Station, take the JR Takarazuka Line towards Takarazuka. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at Sasayamaguchi Station. From there, leave the station and look for the bus stop. Board the bus heading to Tachikui Sue no Sato. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the Tachikui Sue no Sato stop, and you will find the Tamba Traditional Craft Park right there.

From Namba Station, take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line to Umeda Station. At Umeda, transfer to the JR Takarazuka Line and head towards Takarazuka. Upon reaching Sasayamaguchi Station, exit the station and walk towards the bus stop. Take the bus to Tachikui Sue no Sato. After disembarking, the park is a short walk away.
