If you're driving from central Settsu, head south on Route 171 towards Kobe. Continue on Route 171 for approximately 15 km. Once you reach the city of Kobe, follow the signs for Arima Onsen. Turn onto Route 16 and then take a right onto Arimacho Street. Kin no Yu hot spring will be on your right side at 833 Arimacho, Kita Ward, Kobe, Hyogo 651-1401.

Public Transportation (Train + Bus)
Start your journey at Settsu Station. Take the JR Takarazuka Line towards Takarazuka and get off at the last stop, Takarazuka Station. From Takarazuka Station, transfer to the Hankyu Takarazuka Line and take the train to Ikeda Station. At Ikeda Station, switch to a bus heading to Arima Onsen. The bus will take you directly to Arima Onsen, where you can find Kin no Yu hot spring located at 833 Arimacho, Kita Ward, Kobe. Note that the bus fare is around 500 yen.
