Fantastic experience. It felt authentic with a nice and relaxed training session. The Samurai came and taught us how to strike with the sword correctly, before graduating to cutting the wet bamboo matt. Finally we dressed up in full Samurai outfits and did some poses. Very fun day

Children Can Enjoy!!

I was looking for a place in kendo where I could have fun with the kids and I took a 5-year-old boy, a 3-year-old boy and a 1-year-old girl to experience it. When I used to take him to the dojo in town, he was too scared to even carry a bamboo sword, but the first time he put on his dogi, his eyes changed and the children enjoyed feeling like samurai. It is a service for elementary school students and above, but we consulted with them beforehand by email and they provided us with the children's clothing, protective gear, bamboo swords, etc., so it was good that we were able to participate empty-handed. They were very kind to me, too. It was a short time because it was mainly adult service, but it was a good time for young children. The dojo was clean and equipped with shower rooms, toilets and changing rooms, so it was a great help. Both adults and children were able to experience the event with peace of mind because the air conditioner worked, so they did not have to worry about the heat even if they wore protective gear. The protective gear was also well maintained, and the children did not complain of discomfort. I was able to take a lot of commemorative photos thanks to their help in taking photos, and it was a good summer vacation memory. I was worried about the way from the station because I went by train, but they sent me maps and photos beforehand, so I felt the service was well received and I could trust them. The teacher who instructed me was a very friendly person and taught me gently and carefully, and the children were open immediately, so it was good.
