Train
From Osaka Station, take the JR Yamatoji Line towards Nara Station. It will take approximately 45-50 minutes. Once you arrive at Nara Station, transfer to the Kintetsu Nara Line and take the train towards Asuka Station. This part of the journey takes around 20 minutes. When you get to Asuka Station, exit the station and head southeast towards Kawahara. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Kameishi, where you'll find the historical landmark.
Bus
From Osaka, you can take an express bus from Osaka Station to Nara. The bus ride will take about 1 hour. Once you reach Nara, transfer to a local bus that heads towards Asuka. You will need to check the local bus schedules, but it should take about 30 minutes to reach the Kawahara area. Get off at the nearest stop and walk for about 10 minutes to Kameishi.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from your hotel in Osaka directly to Kameishi in Asuka. This option is more expensive but convenient, especially if you are traveling with luggage or in a group. The drive will take approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions.
