Getting There

• Walking

  If you are near Namba Station, exit through the South Gate (Namba South Exit). Once outside, head towards the bustling Dotonbori area. Walk straight along the main street (Dotonbori Street) for about 10 minutes. You will pass by various shops and restaurants. Look for the iconic Glico Man sign on your left; this will indicate that you are getting close. Continue walking until you reach the Dotonbori River. The Tombori River Walk runs along the river, and you can access it from several points. Follow the signs directing you to the river walk.

• Public Transportation - Subway

  If you are further away, take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line from Namba Station to Shinsaibashi Station (2 stops, approximately 3 minutes). Once you arrive at Shinsaibashi Station, take Exit 1. After exiting, turn left and walk straight until you reach Dotonbori Street. From there, follow the same walking directions as above to reach the Tombori River Walk.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  Another option is to take the Osaka City Bus. From Namba, you can catch a bus that heads towards Dotonbori. Check the bus stops for routes that mention Dotonbori or Namba. The bus fare is typically around 210 yen, and the journey will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. After getting off, follow the signs towards Dotonbori and the river, where you will find the Tombori River Walk.
