From Namba Station, walk towards the Dotonbori Canal. The Ebisu Tower Ferris Wheel is easily visible from the bridge, atop the Don Quijote store. The walk is approximately 5 minutes.
Public Transport

Take the subway to Namba Station (Midosuji, Yotsubashi, or Sennichimae Line) or Nippombashi Station (Sakaisuji or Sennichimae Line). From either station, it's a short walk to the Don Quijote store in Dotonbori. Subway fares typically cost around ¥180-¥300 for a short trip within the city.
Taxi

Taxis are readily available in Osaka. A short taxi ride from Namba Station to the Don Quijote store in Dotonbori will cost approximately ¥660 for the first 2km, with an additional ¥80 for every 296 meters. Note that fares increase by 20% at night. There are taxi stands outside most train stations.
