From Tennoji Station, exit the station through the South Exit. Once outside, head southeast on the main road. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Chausuyamacho. Turn right onto Chausuyamacho, and Kawazokoike will be on your left after a short walk.

If you're starting from a different location in Tennoji, you can take the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line to Tennoji Station. Once you arrive, follow the directions for walking from Tennoji Station to Kawazokoike as described above.
