If you are in the Tennoji area, one of the easiest ways to reach Tennoji Zoo is by walking. Start from Tennoji Station. Exit the station and head towards the south exit. Once you exit, walk straight down the main road (Abeno Harukas is on your right). Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach a large park area. The zoo is located right next to Tennoji Park. You will see signs pointing towards the zoo entrance.

If you are further away, you can take the subway to Tennoji Station. Use the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and get off at Tennoji Station. From the station, follow the instructions for walking mentioned above. Note that the subway fare from Namba Station to Tennoji Station is approximately 230 yen one way.

You can also take a bus to reach Tennoji Zoo. Look for bus lines that stop at Tennoji. If you are near Abeno Harukas, there are several buses that go to Tennoji Zoo. The fare for a bus ride is usually around 210 yen. Once you get off the bus, follow the signs pointing towards the zoo, which is just a short walk away from the bus stop.
