If you are traveling by car, start from the main city of Sado, which is about 30 minutes away. Take Route 350 towards Kobie. Continue on Route 350 for approximately 12 kilometers. Once you arrive in Kobie, look for signs pointing towards Rengebuji. The temple is located at 182 Kobie, Sado, Niigata 952-0602. There is parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Sado's main city center to Kobie. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kobie bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer to reach Rengebuji. Follow the main road and look for directional signs leading to the temple. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited, especially on weekends.
Taxi
For a more direct option, consider taking a taxi from any location within Sado. Taxis are readily available and can take you straight to Rengebuji at 182 Kobie. The fare will depend on your starting point, but expect it to be around 2,000 to 3,000 yen from the main city of Sado.
