If you're driving from central Sagami, head south on Route 129. Continue straight for about 5 km, then take a left onto Route 46. Follow Route 46 for about 3 km until you see signs for Aquarium Sagamihara. The aquarium is located at 1 Chome-5-1 Suigotana, Chuo Ward, Sagamihara, Kanagawa 252-0246. There is parking available on-site, but be aware that there may be a parking fee.

Start at Sagami Station (相模駅) and take the JR Chuo Line towards Takao Station. Get off at Sagamihara Station (相模原駅), which is about a 15-minute ride. From Sagamihara Station, exit the station and head to Bus Stop 3. Take the Kanagawa Chuo Kotsu bus (No. 1) towards Suigotana. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes.
