Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from any location in Sanuki, take Route 11 towards Takamatsu. Follow the signs for Takamatsu City center. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach Takamatsu. Once in the city, look for signs indicating Konyamachi area. The museum is located at 10-4 Konyamachi, Takamatsu, Kagawa 760-0027. There is limited street parking available nearby, or you can use public parking facilities in the area, which may cost around 300-500 yen per hour.

• Public Transportation - Train

  From Sanuki, head to the nearest train station (e.g., Kagawa-Ikeda Station). Take the JR Yosan Line towards Takamatsu. The journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Takamatsu Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the Kotoden Takamatsu Line. Board the Kotoden train towards Kotohira and get off at Konyamachi Station (a 5-minute ride). The museum is a short 5-minute walk from the station. Head east on Konyamachi Street, and you will find the Takamatsu Art Museum on your left at 10-4 Konyamachi.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  From any central location in Sanuki, find the nearest bus stop that services the Takamatsu area. Board a local bus heading towards Takamatsu City. The ride will take approximately 40-50 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Takamatsu, get off at the Konyamachi bus stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the museum. Walk towards Konyamachi Street, and you will find the Takamatsu Art Museum at 10-4 Konyamachi.
