Start your journey at Sapporo Station, which is easily accessible from various locations in the city. Take the Tozai Line (Blue Line) towards Shin Sapporo. After 5 stops, get off at the 'Nishi 28-chome' station. Transfer to the Toho Line (Light Blue Line) and head towards Sakaemachi. After 3 stops, get off at 'Kita 24-jo' station.

From Kita 24-jo Station, exit the station and find the bus stop marked for 'Moerenuma Park'. Take the bus number 69 or 70. The ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Get off at the 'Moerenuma Koen' bus stop, which is close to the entrance of Moerenuma Park.

Once you get off at the 'Moerenuma Koen' bus stop, walk towards the main entrance of Moerenuma Park. The Sea Fountain is located within the park at 1-1 Moerenumakoen, Higashi Ward. Follow the pathways in the park, and you will soon see the fountain, which is a prominent feature of the park.
