Ramen Making Experience in Sapporo/ Vegetarian Option Available

Excellent experience making ramen noodles. The host was great. I wish I got an opportunity to learn how the broth was made. The shoyu broth was unique and delicious and would have been great to have gotten the recipe. Thank you for the experience
