Car
From Fukuoka, take the Kyushu Expressway (E3) towards Kumamoto. Exit at the Takachiho IC (Interchange) and follow Route 218 southbound for about 30 km until you reach Takachiho. Follow the signs to Kunimigaoka Viewing Platform, located about 10 minutes (6 km) from the town center. Free parking is available on-site. Note that the expressway toll from Fukuoka to Takachiho is approximately ¥2,000.
