Walking
From JR Sannomiya Station or Shin-Kobe Station, the Kitano area is approximately a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs towards Kitano-cho and the Ijinkan district. The museum is located on Kitano-dori Street. Be prepared for a slight uphill walk.

Take the Kobe City Loop Bus from Sannomiya Station to the Kitano Ijinkan stop. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes and costs between ¥260-¥680. From the bus stop, the museum is a short walk away. Alternatively, take the Kobe City Subway to Sannomiya Station and walk or take a short taxi ride to Kitanocho.
