Car
If you're driving from central Settsu, head northeast on Route 170 (Hankyu Route) towards Kyoto. Merge onto the Meishin Expressway and follow the signs for Kyoto. Continue on the expressway until you reach the exit for Kyoto City. Once you exit, follow signs for Higashiyama Ward. Turn left onto Imakumano Tsuruginomiyacho and continue straight until you reach Tsurugi Shrine at 13 Imakumano Tsuruginomiyacho. There is parking available nearby.

Public Transportation
To reach Tsurugi Shrine using public transportation, start by taking the JR train from Settsu to Kyoto Station. From Kyoto Station, transfer to the Karasuma Line and take the train to Shijo Station. At Shijo Station, exit and walk to the bus terminal. Board bus number 206 or 100 towards Kiyomizu-dera (Kiyomizudera) and get off at the Imakumano Tsurugi Shrine stop. From there, it's a short walk to the shrine located at 13 Imakumano Tsuruginomiyacho.
