Keifuku Electric Railway (Randen)
From Keifuku Arashiyama Station, Oimatsu is approximately 3 minutes walk away. This is the most direct route and recommended for visitors exploring the Randen line attractions.
JR Saga-Arashiyama Station
From JR Kyoto Station, take the JR Sagano Line to Saga-Arashiyama Station (approximately 17 minutes, 240 yen). From the station, walk southwest for approximately 13 minutes to reach Oimatsu.
From Tenryu-ji Temple
Oimatsu is located just outside the temple grounds at Sagatenryuji Susukinobabacho. It is an immediate neighbor to the temple, making it a convenient stop before or after temple visits.
From Arashiyama Bamboo Grove
The bamboo grove is within the same neighborhood. After exploring the grove, Oimatsu is approximately a 5-10 minute walk away, making it an ideal refreshment stop.
