From Kochi Station, take a JR bus to Tosayama. From Tosayama, you may need to take a local bus or taxi to reach 大穴峡 (Ōana-kyō). Check local bus schedules as they may be infrequent. A taxi from Tosayama to the gorge will cost approximately ¥2,000 - ¥3,000.
