From JR Kochi Station, exit and walk south for approximately 10 minutes. Follow the main street (Harimayacho) until you reach the Harimaya Bridge Park. The park is located at the intersection of several streetcar lines and is easily recognizable by the red bridge.

From JR Kochi Station, take the Tosaden Tram Line to the Harimayabashi stop. It is the third stop from Kochi Station. The tram ride costs approximately 130-200 yen. After getting off the tram, the Harimaya Bridge Park is a short walk away.
