Car
If you are driving from Shima, head southeast on Route 167 towards the city of Toba. After approximately 30 minutes, continue onto Route 42 towards Ise. Once you reach Ise, follow the signs for Route 259 to Suooshima. The drive will take about 1.5 hours in total. Upon reaching Suooshima, look for signs to the ferry terminal. There, you can park your car and purchase a ferry ticket to Nasake Island, which is approximately a 20-minute ride.
Public Transportation
From Shima, take a local bus to Toba Station. This journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Toba Station, transfer to the Kintetsu Line and travel to Ise Station. From Ise Station, take the bus to Suooshima, which will take about 40 minutes. When you arrive in Suooshima, follow the signs to the ferry terminal. Purchase a ferry ticket to Nasake Island, which will take around 20 minutes to reach.

The ferry departs regularly throughout the day, and a one-way ticket typically costs around 1,000 yen.
