If you're driving from central Shimotsuke, take Route 50 heading north toward Ashikaga. After approximately 20 minutes, you will reach Ashikaga City. Continue on Route 50 and follow the signs for Banna-ji. Turn left onto Ietomicho, and Banna-ji will be on your right at 2220 Ietomicho. There is free parking available on-site.

From Shimotsuke, take the JR Ryomo Line from Shimotsuke-Tachikawa Station to Ashikaga Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Ashikaga Station, exit the station and head towards the bus terminal. Take the Ashikaga City Bus (bound for Banna-ji) and get off at the Banna-ji stop. The bus ride takes around 15 minutes. Banna-ji will be a short walk from the bus stop.
