If you are driving from central Shimotsuke, head northwest on Route 4. Follow the signs for Nasu and Nasu Ropeway. After approximately 30 minutes, you'll arrive at the Nasu Ropeway parking area. Please note that parking may incur a fee, and it is advisable to check the parking rates upon arrival.

To reach Nasu Ropeway via public transport, start from Shimotsuke Station. Take the JR Tohoku Line train to Nasu-Shiobara Station. This journey takes about 25 minutes. At Nasu-Shiobara Station, transfer to the Nasu Kōgen Bus service, which will take you directly to the Nasu Ropeway. The bus ride takes around 30 minutes.
