Car
If you're driving from the center of Shimotsuke, head northwest on Route 50. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit toward Saitama Shintoshin. Follow the signs for Omiya Park. The park is located at 4 Chome Takahanacho, Omiya Ward, Saitama. Parking is available nearby, but there may be a fee of around 500 yen per day.
Train
From Shimotsuke Station, take the Tohoku Main Line train bound for Omiya Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Omiya Station, take the East Exit. From there, Omiya Park is about a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs for Omiya Park, or use a map app to guide you. There is no additional cost after your train fare.
Bus
You can take the Kan-Etsu Bus from Shimotsuke City Hall directly to Omiya Park. Buses run approximately every 30 minutes and the journey takes about 40 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it may vary. The fare is about 400 yen one way. Once you arrive at the bus stop, Omiya Park will be within a short walking distance.
