If you're driving, start from the center of Suruga. Head north on Route 1, and continue for about 15 minutes. Look for signs indicating Fuji City. Once you reach Fuji, take the exit for Tadehara. After exiting, follow the local roads to Tadehara, where you'll find Hachimangu Shrine located at 99 Tadehara, Fuji, Shizuoka 416-0931. There should be parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Hachimangu Shrine using public transport, first make your way to Suruga Station. From there, take a train on the JR Tōkaidō Line towards Shizuoka. Disembark at Fuji Station after about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Fuji Station, exit the station and catch a local bus heading towards Tadehara. Get off at the Tadehara stop. Hachimangu Shrine is a short walk from the bus stop at 99 Tadehara, Fuji, Shizuoka 416-0931.
