    Public Transport

    From JR Shizuoka Station, take the Shizutetsu Justline bus (Nihondaira Line) from bus stop number 11. The bus is bound for the Nippondaira Hotel or Nihondaira Ropeway. Alight at the 'Nihondaira Sekihi-mae' bus stop and walk approximately 5 minutes to the Nihondaira Yume Terrace. The bus journey takes around 40 minutes. A one-way bus fare costs approximately ¥580.

    From JR Shizuoka Station, a taxi ride to Nihondaira takes approximately 25 minutes. The estimated taxi fare is between ¥4,200 and ¥5,000. Alternatively, from JR Shimizu Station, a taxi will take approximately 25 minutes and cost around ¥3,000.

    Driving

    From the Tomei Expressway, take either the Shizuoka IC or the Shimizu IC. From either interchange, it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Nihondaira. Free parking is available at Nihondaira for 140 standard-sized cars and 20 large buses.
