Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Suruga. Head north on Route 8. Follow the signs for Tsuruga and continue on Route 8 for about 15 minutes. Once you reach Tsuruga, take the Matsushimacho exit. Follow Matsushimacho road until you see signs for Kehi no Matsubara. The address is 33 Matsushimacho, Tsuruga, Fukui 914-0801. There is parking available nearby, but you may incur a parking fee, so be prepared with some cash.
Public Transportation
To reach Kehi no Matsubara using public transportation, start by taking a train from Suruga Station. Board the JR Hokuriku Line towards Tsuruga Station. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once at Tsuruga Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal. Take the local bus heading to Matsushimacho. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the Matsubashino bus stop, which is a short walk from the destination. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as they may not run frequently.
