Car
If you are traveling by car from central Suruga, head south on Route 149. Continue for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the intersection at Kusanagi. Turn left onto Kusanagi Street and follow the signs for Sabo Yume Terrace. The destination will be on your left at 600-1 Kusanagi, Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka. There is ample parking available at the facility, which is free of charge.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start at Shizuoka Station. Take the JR Tokaido Line train towards Kakegawa and get off at Shimizu Station (approximately 10 minutes). From Shimizu Station, exit the station and board a local bus bound for Kusanagi. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Disembark at the Kusanagi stop, and you will find Sabo Yume Terrace a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop, located at 600-1 Kusanagi, Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka.
