As you approach Yokosuka, look for signs directing you to the city center. Once in the city, turn left onto Route 134. After about 2 kilometers, take the exit for Honcho. Follow the road until you reach 2 Chome-15 Honcho, where Dobuita Street is located. Look for parking nearby, as street parking may be limited.
