Walking
From JR Ueno Station (Shinobazu Exit), head west towards Ueno Park. Walk along the park's edge, and you'll find Okachimachi Panda Square on your left, near the Ameyoko Shopping District entrance. The walk is approximately 10 minutes and is free.
Public Transport
From Ueno-okachimachi Station (Oedo Line), walk towards Okachimachi Station (JR Yamanote Line). Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and take it one stop to Ueno Station. Exit towards Ueno Park and walk for about 10 minutes to reach the square. Subway fare is between ¥180-¥430 depending on the distance, and the JR train fare is approximately ¥140. Alternatively, from Shin-okachimachi Station, take the subway to Ueno-okachimachi, walk to Okachimachi, then take the train to Ueno.
Taxi
From Ueno Station, a short taxi ride to Okachimachi Panda Square will cost approximately ¥730 for the first 1-2 kilometers, with an additional ¥280 for every 280 meters. The ride should take only a few minutes, depending on traffic.
