Sumida Aquarium is located on the 5th and 6th floors of Tokyo Skytree Town, accessible via multiple train lines. Alternatively, direct buses to Tokyo Skytree Town are available from Ueno Station (approx. ¥230) and Haneda Airport (approx. ¥1000).
