Public Transport

The Gundam Base Tokyo is located in DiverCity Tokyo Plaza in Odaiba. The closest stations are Daiba Station on the Yurikamome Line (5-minute walk) and Tokyo Teleport Station on the Rinkai Line (3-minute walk). From Tokyo Station, take the JR Yamanote Line to Shimbashi Station, then transfer to the Yurikamome Line to Daiba Station. Alternatively, take the JR Keiyo Line to Tokyo Teleport Station. The train fare from Shimbashi to Daiba is ¥290-¥350. A single subway or bus ride in Tokyo typically costs ¥160-¥300.

Bus

Several buses connect to DiverCity Tokyo Plaza. Toei Bus operates a direct bus from Tokyo Station Yaesu South Exit to Musashino Daigaku-mae, a short walk from the Plaza. The bus fare is ¥210.

Taxi

Taxis are available throughout Tokyo. A taxi from Tokyo Station to DiverCity Tokyo Plaza will cost approximately ¥4400-¥5500 and take about 8 minutes. The base fare for taxis in Tokyo is around ¥730 for the first 1-2 kilometers, with additional charges based on distance.

Driving

DiverCity Tokyo Plaza has its own parking. There are also several parking lots nearby. Parking fees vary, but expect to pay around ¥400-¥660 per 30-60 minutes. Some parking lots offer maximum daily rates.

The Gundam Base Tokyo is an official Gunpla (Gundam plastic model) general facility for Gunpla fans from around the world. Located on the 7th floor of DiverCity Tokyo Plaza in Odaiba, it provides a multifaceted Gunpla experience, with four zones where visitors can buy, make, see, and learn about Gunpla.The facility features a wide array of Gundam merchandise, including apparel, stationery, and snacks. A build room is available where visitors can assemble purchased Gunpla. The Gundam Base also showcases various events and displays of Gunpla examples made by professional modelers.Outside DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, visitors can see the life-sized Unicorn Gundam statue. The Unicorn Gundam transforms into its destroyer mode several times daily, accompanied by a lighting display.
