Car
From Tajima, take Route 9 southbound towards Himeji. Continue on Route 9 and merge onto the Sanyo Expressway (E2) towards Osaka. After approximately 90 km, take exit 2A for the Osaka Loop Line (Route 1). Follow the signs for Chuo Ward and then follow the signs to Osaka Castle. You can park at one of the nearby parking facilities, such as the Osaka Castle Park Parking Area, which typically charges around 500 yen per hour.
Train
From Tajima Station, board the JR San'in Line heading towards Himeji. At Himeji Station, transfer to the JR Sanyo Line and travel to Osaka Station. From Osaka Station, take the JR Loop Line (Osaka Loop Line) and get off at Osakajokoen Station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs to Osaka Castle, which is about a 15-minute walk from the station. The total train fare is approximately 2,000 yen.
Bus
If you prefer to travel by bus, you can take a highway bus from Tajima to Osaka. Check the local bus schedule for departure times. Once you arrive at Osaka, you can take the Osaka City Bus number 62 or 97 from Osaka Station to the Osaka Castle area. The bus fare is around 210 yen. The castle is a short walk from the bus stop.
