Car
If you're driving from central Tango, head south on Route 178 towards the city of Toyooka. Merge onto Route 9 and continue until you reach the junction with Route 312. Take Route 312 towards Kinosaki and follow the signs for the San'in Expressway. Once on the expressway, head towards Kyoto. After approximately 90 minutes, take the exit for Shinjuku in Tokyo. Follow the local roads to Nishishinjuku, where you will find the Robert Indiana Sculpture: 'LOVE' located at 6 Chome-5-1 Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku City. Note that parking facilities are limited around this area, so plan to arrive early to find suitable parking.

Public Transportation
To reach the sculpture using public transport, take a bus from Tango to Toyooka Station. Once at Toyooka Station, board the JR Limited Express train bound for Kyoto. After approximately 2 hours, transfer at Kyoto Station to the JR Shinkansen (bullet train) heading to Tokyo. Upon arrival at Tokyo Station, switch to the JR Yamanote Line and get off at Shinjuku Station.
